PLT Marketing provides a service of goods to user. The product sold here and the cost there off is charged for the preparation, and packaging of the product. This product is only available by the SA Postal Service. No collections as we do mail order only. The product is only guaranteed if found to be faulty and when product returned in the original packaging with the original paperwork to the return address on the parcel. If the product is found to be faulty we will replace it free of charge. We will cover the return postage from the seller to the buyer only if found faulty. If product found in working order buyer will pay postage and handling fee for return post.

PTL Marketing cannot be held responsible for parcels damaged, lost or stolen in the postal system.  PTL Marketing cannot be held responsible for the product if not working and is not liable for any damages caused by the software on any equipment. Product is checked for viruses but we advice that the CD be scanned for any viruses.
